EZstudy provides an AI-driven educational ecosystem. Our core features include:

• Deep Knowledge Extraction: A proprietary method of analysing uploaded documents to understand context and relationships, not just keywords.
• Study Tools: Automated generation of summaries, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), and essay outlines based on user-provided materials.

Miko is an AI, not a human instructor.

• Collaborative Learning: Miko is designed to assist your learning process. While we strive for 100% accuracy, AI can occasionally generate “hallucinations” or incorrect facts.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying all Miko-generated content against your official course materials before using them for exams or graded assignments.

We believe your academic work belongs to you.

• Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any documents you upload.
• No Sale of Data: EZstudy does not and will never sell your personal data or your uploaded documents to third parties.
• Encryption: Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols both in transit and at rest within our databases.

To improve Miko’s ability to extract complex academic knowledge, we perform continuous optimisation.

• De-identified Learning: By using EZstudy, you grant us permission to use the patterns of knowledge extracted from your documents for the purpose of fine-tuning our AI models.
• Anonymity Guaranteed: This research uses de-identified data. All Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is stripped away before any model training occurs. No human at EZstudy reads your private documents for this purpose.
• Opt-Out: You may request that your data be excluded from R&D training by contacting our support team.

EZstudy is a tool for empowerment, not for shortcuts.

• Ethical Use: You agree not to use EZstudy to facilitate plagiarism or violate the academic integrity policies of your educational institution.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload materials that you do not have the legal right to use, such as copyrighted textbooks, unless permitted by “Fair Use” for personal study.

In compliance with the Egyptian Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020):

• Right to Access: You can view all data we hold about you at any time.
• Right to Erasure: You can delete your account and all associated files instantly. Once deleted, that knowledge is permanently removed from Miko’s active access.

EZstudy and its founders are not responsible for individual academic performance, grades, or any consequences resulting from the use or misuse of AI-generated content. We provide the tools; you provide the mastery.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in “jailbreaking” attempts, reverse-engineering of Miko’s logic, or any activity that harms the platform’s community or infrastructure.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Alexandria.
